After spending 20 years researching the root causes of depression, anxiety and insomnia, Dr Giresh Kanji has now found non-medical ways to treat them.
He’s written a new book, ‘Brain Connections: How to sleep better, worry less and feel happier’ and his mission to improve our mental health has been a personal journey. Dr Kanji experienced trauma in his childhood leading to four decades of symptoms.
Dr Kanji joins Peter Williams in studio to explain his research and life experiences that lead him to ask how stress impacts our health.
